KnowRight Ministries Inc. serves individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability throughout the High Desert.
From youth transitioning into adulthood to seniors, veterans, families, individuals with disabilities, and older adults living with dementia, we recognize that each person's circumstances and needs are different.
Our mission is to connect people with safe housing resources, supportive services, community partnerships, referrals, and pathways toward stability and independence.
We believe homelessness should never define a person's worth. Every individual deserves dignity, compassion, safety, and an opportunity for a more stable future.

At KnowRight Ministries Inc., we believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—especially during times of hardship and uncertainty.
Our Counseling and Support Services are designed to provide a safe, caring environment where individuals and families can receive encouragement, guidance, and practical support as they work toward greater stability and independence.
We seek to support individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, family transitions, isolation, and other challenging life circumstances. Our services are intended to reach people across the High Desert, including youth and young adults in transition, families, adults, seniors, and individuals who may need additional support because of aging, cognitive challenges, or dementia-related circumstances.
What We Provide
Supportive Counseling
We provide a compassionate listening environment where individuals can discuss their concerns, challenges, goals, and life circumstances without judgment.
Emotional & Personal Support
Our team offers encouragement and supportive guidance to help individuals navigate difficult transitions, loss, isolation, family challenges, homelessness, and other barriers to stability.
Life-Transition Support
We assist individuals who are experiencing major changes in their lives, including youth transitioning into adulthood, adults facing housing instability, and seniors who may need additional support and connection to community resources.
Resource Navigation & Referrals
When specialized services are needed, KnowRight Ministries Inc. can help individuals identify and connect with appropriate community resources, agencies, healthcare providers, housing programs, senior services, and other supportive organizations.
Senior & Dementia Support
We recognize that seniors and individuals experiencing dementia-related challenges may require additional compassion, patience, advocacy, and connection to appropriate resources. Our goal is to help individuals and their families identify available support and navigate difficult circumstances.
Encouragement & Community Connection
No one should feel that they have to face hardship alone. We seek to build relationships that encourage hope, strengthen community connections, and help individuals identify practical next steps toward stability.

Educational & Life Skills Program

At KnowRight Ministries Inc., we believe education is an important part of helping individuals and families move toward stability, self-sufficiency, and a stronger future.
Our Educational & Life Skills Program is designed to provide accessible learning opportunities for individuals who may face barriers to education, employment, housing, or other essential resources. We seek to meet people where they are and provide practical information, supportive guidance, and opportunities for personal growth.
Program Areas
Life Skills Education
Participants may receive instruction and support in areas such as personal responsibility, communication, decision-making, goal setting, time management, organization, and daily living skills.
Financial Literacy
Educational workshops may cover budgeting, saving, managing household expenses, understanding credit, financial planning, and developing responsible financial habits.
Employment & Career Readiness
Participants can receive assistance with employment preparation, including résumé development, job applications, interview preparation, workplace expectations, communication skills, and career exploration.
Housing Readiness & Stability Education
We provide educational information that can help individuals understand the responsibilities associated with obtaining and maintaining stable housing, including budgeting for housing, tenant responsibilities, household management, and connecting with appropriate housing resources.
Youth & Young Adult Transition Support
Special emphasis may be placed on youth and young adults transitioning into adulthood. Educational opportunities can include independent living skills, career exploration, financial literacy, educational planning, employment preparation, and connecting with community resources.
Senior Education & Support
Educational services may also address the needs of older adults, including navigating community resources, maintaining independence, understanding available support services, and helping families identify appropriate resources for seniors experiencing changing needs.
Technology & Digital Literacy
Participants may receive basic instruction in using computers, smartphones, email, online applications, job-search resources, virtual services, and other digital tools that can help them access education, employment, housing, and community resources.
Health & Wellness Education
Educational workshops may provide general information about healthy living, personal wellness, stress management, nutrition, community health resources, and knowing when to seek professional assistance.
